I’ve never really been scared to walk home in the middle of the night alone in my neighborhood. Even though this is the city, fears of getting attacked by some crack fiend have completely subsided since so far nothing close to that has happened in two years. But now, I have a new fear. Raccoons. I almost got attacked by a family of raccoons chillin on a fence much like the ones in the photo above. They hissed at me and stared me down with their beady little eyes. I nearly pissed myself.

I’m kind of glad that I’m the type of person who takes up hobbies to avoid dealing with myself instead of the type of person who takes a lot of drugs to avoid dealing with myself.
Booze is alright too.
It may seem like I’m unhappy, but I’m actually doing just fine with my hobbies, my self, and my booze. I’ve got miles and miles to go and lots of catching up to do.
